WALL-CONNECTORS - IN DETACHED GARAGE
Most communities with garages are attached to the main building. However, some communities have detached garages, often about 25 feet from the unit. Some of these have the Main Service Panel in the basement, living room, or 2nd floor. All present a unique type of installation, and all require a trench between the main unit and the Detached garage. In all cases, the installation details, such as the color of the outside conduits, where they will be run, and where the trench will be located, must be discussed with the HOA for approval.
